Return Policy

*Returns (ellumiNation ON-LINE STORE PURCHASE ONLY)

We are certain you will be delighted with your ellumiNation purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know and we will happily adress your concern. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. All sale items, gift cards, shoes, and accessories are final.

*How to make a return :
STEP 1. Send us an email at sales@elluminationclothing.com so that we can look out for your package. Email subject should say 'returns/your on-line purchase order number'
STEP 2. Ship the ununsed item along with your on-line store receipt. Without the copy of receipt we won't be able to complete your return. We suggest you to use a trackable shipping method with insurance since we're not responsible for the lost package on the way to our facility.

Please make your RETRUNS and then make a new purchase when your return is completed. You can email us if you wnat us to reserve your style/color/size until your return process is completed and we'll happily save it for you.
